A lack of people responsding to the poll and one of my roommates managed to convince me to stay at home and watch tv. Quentin Tarantino was on Leno and that was amusing, although Jay Leno himself is completely boring and not funny at all.

The new modest mouse album is very different. I think there is a lot to like here, but it's going to take some time to understand how this band has changed.

I went out to the ave with Jared and Aiden and we heading to get pho for lunch when this guy stopped us and asked us if we wanted to try spinning this wheel for prizes and discounts at the used cd store that he worked at. I gave it a spin and won a free movie! So I went into the store and picked out my very own copy of lost highway on vhs. woot.

It's was a beautiful day here in Seattle. I love this time of year when the weather gets nice and all the pretty girls start wearing less clothing. In an attempt to be outside and enjoy the weather, I met up with bakatenshi who is visiting from LA. That was really neat because I had never gotten to meet her before. We drove around and looked at the neat sight-seer type places in seattle, like the fremont troll and the ballard locks. My legs are a little tired from walking around, but it felt really nice to be out and moving around.

Tonight, I'm not staying at home. No way. Instead, I plan on going to the Mantra for Soiree. The goal is to be there before 11.
