I've been sanitizing bottles and equipment for the past couple hours because tonight I'm bottling the Belgian Tripel tonight. I noticed yesterday that the ferment had slowed down and the carbonation was clearing on the beer. Now my hands hurt a little bit because of the cleaner that I was using. The sacrifice I make for this hobby! I'm taking a break right now right before I start the actual bottling process. I need to get my focus set for that.
