the game night last night was really fun. at first the game was frustrating, but by sticking with it, things slowly became clear and game play started moving faster. I look forward to the next time we all get together and play.

as the night was approaching the close last night, i started to feel ill. i was coughing a lot and it was driving me batty. once the game was over, i decided to leave. steph needed a ride, so i supplied cause it wasn't that far out of the way.

once i got home, i went straight to bed in hopes to sleep this sickness off some more. but alas, the sickness would not have that. i woke up about every hour coughing and stuffed up. it was being quite persistent and i didn't sleep well at all.

i finally gave up trying to sleep around 1. livejournal friends list keeps me entertained for a while now, but there is a pill of kleenex a mile high here. sigh. I'm going to go eat some soup and take lots of pills. ugh. stupid immune system. work harder.

ate some soup and then laid down and watched movies on tv. there was some silly one on comedy central that i watched the end of, and then watched a pretty good movie on IFC called 'Kicking and Screaming'. that took up time nicely. now i'm just feeling kinda crummy. i'm all alone here tonight. maybe watch more movies or play a video game or something. i don't know.

also, there seems to be something messed up somewhere when i try and connect to livejournal sometimes. i keep on getting a 'no route to host' error and comes and goes. makes me curious. maybe i should post that to support. :P
