self improvement step 1:
exercise. I'm not talking about how it would be nice. I'm going to say that it is a nessary step. Something I have to do.
step 2:
eat better food. I eat way too much junk food. I posion my system. Fast food, bad.
step 3:
Confront my fears. I fear way to many things, and they force me into being my pussy whipped self.
step 4:
Take more time for myself. I don't like being by myself, but I really need to be.

I'm a bad person.
