On Arrested Development

As unfortunate as it is that this brilliant tv show was cancelled, at least it was wrapped up with some closure, albeit hasty. Overall, the show was really growing into it’s own when it was shut down. I had never watched the series back-to-back before, but I did try and watch it occasionally while it was airing on tv. Then, I found it amusing but slightly confusing. Lots of characters, constant back referencing, surreal situations. It makes for great DVD viewing, but it’s more difficult if you try and jump in. And boy did I try.

Anyways, since it’s now a point of pop culture history, it’s definitely worth watching.

That show is pure genius.

I'm really sad I never saw it on the air.

I am (or was) trying to watch the whole series; I never got past the first season so, if you ever want watching company, I'd be super down.

I can't host as I don't have a TV; if someone's hosting away from central Seattle, I request private transport.

I have a TV, but obviously am away from central Seattle. We need to invite someone to join us who has a CAR! Or find someone central. Patrick - where are you living now?

Patrick's out the heck in Issaquah. I mean, I could get a TV...

That is on my list of movies to grab the DVDs for. A LOT of people have insisted that I will enjoy it.
