It's time to make a list of potential siff films to see. I think I want to buy a bunch of these beforehand and then force myself to go see these movies.
I will list them by when they are playing in the festival. If other people are going to any of these, it would greatly increase the chance of my buying a ticket and going.

We have many films in common. This is awesome. :-)

I suggest getting rid of 8 and spending $150 on the Film Buff 20 pack like I did. So hawt.

Can I buy that on the website?

Don't know... I bought mine in person. I suggest getting them in person just in case there's a problem with one of the films or something. Also, I know there were some code changes for some of the films and you would find out about those in person but I'm not sure the site's been updated yet. I would do it that way just to avoid any problems.

I didn't notice any blockbuster type movies, but there is some important/cool people who are showing their films. I remember seeing Gus Van Sant's new film listed.

The Gus Vant Sant film which is filling the "closing night gala" slot is having it's North American premiere at SIFF. I think that's the only one, though.
