Down 23rd Ave s to Spokane St and then down to 24th Ave. Head south on 24th Ave, it becomes 24th Pl and stops at Cheasty Blvd. Turn and head north on Cheastly until Hanford, which is a stairway back up the hill. Walk up Hanford until 23rd Ave, walk north until Forest and I'm home!

Nice walk.

walking helps everything feel good. Especially broken coccyxes.

I was always a wanderer as a kid. I still take an evening walk a few nights a week. I can get to Aurora and back in about an hour from my house in the U District.

My goal for myself is to start taking a morning walk maybe three times a week before work. Then I want to track the routes, with distance and time.

Cheasty Blvd is really nice and I think I'm going to walk up and down that street a lot. Next time you are down here, drive down Cheasty and you'll see what I mean.
