nillla, let's talk if you want.

what helps me is,
-lists - make lists and stick to them. someone told me that when you write something down, you're halfway there.
-when i don't drink, i tend to feel much better about myself, thus i'm more motivated to do things.
-it's tough for anyonw to impose structure upon themselves, i was just talking with someone about this last night. put yourself in a structure. going back to school might help, even if it's only one class.

there are tons of books that help with what you're experiencing too.

remember dude, be as kind to yourself as you are to other people.
i know i'm one to talk about this kind of thing,
but i know what you're going through.
